Waitlist notice v1 · Effective 12 July 2026

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Ahmad Zuhri handles personal data when you visit AdRouter or join a waitlist.

1. Who is responsible

Ahmad Zuhri, Singapore, is responsible for the processing described here. Our privacy contact and Singapore data protection contact is ahmadsecondacc@gmail.com.

2. Data we handle

3. Why and on what basis

We use this data to register and administer your requested waitlist place, prevent duplicates and abuse, secure and operate the site, answer requests, comply with law, and send essential waitlist and product-launch updates. We rely on your affirmative request and consent where required, steps you request before a possible service relationship, our legitimate interests in operating a secure pre-launch service, and legal obligations. We do not use the waitlist for unrelated advertising or sell personal data.

4. Sharing and international processing

We disclose data only as needed to vendors operating the service, notably Cloudflare for hosting, network security, logs, and Turnstile, and Supabase for database hosting in Singapore; to professional advisers; or where legally required. Providers may process data in other countries. We use provider terms and safeguards intended to provide protection comparable to Singapore’s PDPA and, where applicable, recognized transfer safeguards.

5. Retention

We delete or de-identify a waitlist record when you withdraw or when 24 months pass without a relevant waitlist or product update, whichever occurs first, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a documented security or legal issue. Operational and security logs follow the shortest provider/account retention reasonably available and are not used to build marketing profiles.

6. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from updates or ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your waitlist data, withdraw consent, or object/restrict processing by emailing ahmadsecondacc@gmail.com. We may verify that a disclosure request comes from the stored address. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Depending on where you live, you may complain to the Singapore PDPC or your local privacy regulator and may have additional statutory rights. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

7. Security and breaches

We use access restrictions, encrypted transport, anti-abuse checks, private server credentials, database permissions, and monitoring appropriate to this limited data. No system is completely secure. We assess suspected breaches and notify regulators or affected people where required.

8. Children

The waitlist is not directed to children under 16, and they must not submit personal data. Contact us if you believe a younger child has registered.

9. Cookies and changes

See our Cookies and Similar Technologies Notice. We may update this notice and will change the effective date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
