Effective 12 July 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern the AdRouter pre-launch website and its developer and advertiser waitlists.
AdRouter is an early-stage product. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date, pricing, functionality, or a commercial relationship.
1. Operator and acceptance
The website and waitlists are operated by Ahmad Zuhri, Singapore (“AdRouter”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Contact us at ahmadsecondacc@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Do not submit another person’s email address without authority.
3. Waitlist
You may join as a developer/user, advertiser/brand, or both. Queue positions and referral codes are informational and may be corrected if affected by abuse, error, or system changes. We may limit, suspend, or close a waitlist and may contact you with essential waitlist and launch updates. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass rate limits or anti-abuse controls, scrape or probe it without permission, submit unlawful or deceptive information, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to create registrations.
5. Pre-launch information
Descriptions, mockups, availability, integrations, pricing, privacy controls, sponsored-placement behavior, settlement details, and timelines are plans rather than promises and may change.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, artwork, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy, resell, or create misleading associations with AdRouter.
7. Third-party services
The site relies on service providers including Cloudflare and Supabase. Their services may be unavailable or subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or future access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from this pre-launch site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date; material changes affecting the waitlist will be communicated where appropriate.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
