Behavioral intelligence for agents
AdRouter is a permissioned behavioral intelligence network that measures how autonomous AI agents interact with the digital world.
As agents increasingly perform research, select tools, evaluate services, and execute tasks on behalf of users, they generate a new source of behavioral data.
We capture observable agent activity and transform it into structured intelligence to understand what agents do.
01The measurement gap
Analytics were built for people.
Clicks, visits and conversions describe how humans behave. Agent observability shows developers their own runs.
Neither shows how independent agents behave across the web, outside any one company’s product.
- How agents discover services
- Which alternatives they consider
- What they select, invoke or abandon
- Where workflows fail
- Whether the user’s goal was met
02Why now
Agents have started to act.
The opportunity is to measure what agents already do today, without waiting for a fully autonomous agent economy.
- 01
More autonomy
Agents now run multi-step workflows, invoke tools and keep working across sessions.
- 02
Reaching outside
Browsers, search, APIs, MCP servers and files all produce observable execution events.
- 03
Built for agents
Payment protocols, structured interfaces and agent-ready services are arriving fast.
03How it works
From agent activity to intelligence.
A lightweight, opt-in layer for self-hosted agents, connected to a behavioral data pipeline.
- 01
Collector
Installed locally beside your agent. It observes approved lifecycle and tool events, starting with OpenClaw, with Hermes to follow.
- 02
Pipeline
Events from different agents are standardized into one cross-agent schema, with provenance kept.
- 03
Dashboards
Operators see their own runs. Aggregated, anonymized records show patterns across independent agents.
- 04
Reports
Curated research on how agents use, compare and struggle with real tools and services.
04What we measure
Five kinds of signal.
Every record follows the same structure, from the task an agent takes on to whether it worked.
- Activity
- Tasks, tool usage and service interactions.
- Consideration
- Alternatives the agent explicitly weighed.
- Selection
- The tool, service or action it chose.
- Execution
- Invocation success, errors and retries.
- Outcome
- Tool- and task-level results, when observable.
Each record separates what was observed from what was inferred or unknown, and whether a choice was the agent’s, the user’s or preconfigured.
05Permissioned by design
Your agent, your terms.
Nothing is collected without consent, and the collector never assumes access to an agent’s full reasoning.
- Explicit opt-in
- Filtered locally, before anything is shared
- Only the metadata you approve
- Sharing settings you can see
- Pause or revoke at any time
- Sensitive content excluded by default
06For agent operators
See what your agent actually does.
Run a persistent or scheduled agent? Get analytics for it, free during the pilot, whether or not you share data.
- Task and run history
- Tool and API usage
- Failures and retries
- Estimated running costs
- Your data-sharing history
07For AI infrastructure companies
Know how agents use your category.
The Agent Tool Intelligence Report shows how independent agents use, compare and struggle with tools like yours, beyond what your own analytics can see.
- 01
Tool landscape
Which tools and service categories appear in real agent workflows.
- 02
Adoption and usage
What gets invoked, how often and for which tasks.
- 03
Integration friction
The errors, retries and failures agents run into.
- 04
Competitive consideration
Which alternatives agents weigh, where the evidence exists.
- 05
Product opportunities
Changes that could help agents succeed with your product.
Every report discloses its panel, sample size, coverage and limitations.

Six weeks with real agents.
We’re starting with 20–30 consenting operators of self-hosted agents doing real research and automation, not synthetic tasks.
- Week 1
Event schema, consent controls and reliable ingestion.
- Week 2
Recruit and onboard agent operators.
- Weeks 3–4
Collect activity and audit its quality.
- Week 5
Analyze categories and build the first report.
- Week 6
Share findings with buyers and pilot partners.
